Lovely Lashes & More (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to delivering your lash products quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed after 3 PM Eastern Time will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method, order weight, and destination.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (available in select areas)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States.
- If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and rates.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
5. Delivery Issues
- Incorrect Addresses:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Lovely Lashes & More is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to inaccurate addresses. - Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. If you need additional assistance, contact us at the email or phone number below. - Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 business days with photos of the packaging and products so we can help resolve the issue.
